Mrs Ioana BRAN-VOINEA

Ioana Bran-Voinea is a former parliamentarian, minister, and private-sector manager with extensive experience in politics, public administration, and leadership roles. Since October 2024, she has served as Acting Secretary General of the Chamber of Deputies, after holding the position of Deputy Secretary General since 2022 and previously serving as a PSD Member of Parliament during the 2016–2020 legislative term, when she was also Minister of Youth and Sports (2018–2019). Earlier in her career, she was a County Councillor in Satu Mare and held several leadership positions within the Social Democratic Party, while also having a background in the private sector and academic training in economic sciences, accounting, and audit.
