Ms Steejit TAIPIBOONSUK

Ms Steejit Taipibooksuk began her parliamentary service in 1992 at the Secretariat of the House of Representatives, Kingdom of Thailand. Throughout her career, she has played a pivotal role in advancing Thailand’s parliamentary diplomacy and legislative cooperation on both regional and multilateral levels.

Over the three decades, she served in various key positions, including Director of the Bureau of Inter-Parliamentary Organizations, Advisor on Foreign Affairs, and Department Chief Information Officer. She was appointed as Deputy Secretary General of the Secretariat of the House of Representatives in October 2021.

Ms Taipibooksuk specializes in multilateral parliamentary engagement, with extensive experience in the Inter-Parliamentary Union (IPU), ASEAN Inter-Parliamentary Assembly (AIPA), and other international parliamentary organizations.

She holds a BA in Business English from Assumption University, Thailand and MBA in International Business from Hawaii Pacific University, USA. Her professional development includes specialized training in Switzerland, Indonesia, Japan, and at Thailand’s National Defense College.
